It's official.

Scandis do it better.  Filippa K's latest presentation for SS '15 featured this season's favorite d-ring belt which has made it's way across each Euro fashion week and trust me, it will be here in New York as well. Simplisctic Scandi clothing makes my heart skip a beat thanks to understated ladylike vibes which balance out the chunky knits- the navy cape (!!)- and wide-leg trousers. 

This deserves the hashtag.

Scandi Does Prep

I always draw a lot of my inspiration from the Stockholm fashion scene. It is always the right mix of European cool and classic style. Each season, Stockholm-based Acne delivers updated basics. While waiting in the St.Barths airport way back when, I checked out the Acne collection on The Outnet. A few clicks later, this perfect oversized blazer was on its way to me (did I mention it is 65% off?!) My favorite Scandinavians did prep perfectly- they never seem to fail.
