Meet my new favorite designer... brit Jasper Conran. London Fashion Week always shows contemporary designers who give a fresh spin on timeless British fashion. Similar to Stockholm and New York, belted waistlines were shown, giving a much more ladylike feel to minimalistic duds. A sophisticated 1940s look was also shown at Jasper Conran with longer hemlines and slip dresses- which I'm kinda digging at the moment. It's safe to say that minimalism is here to stay but with a fresh new twist this time around. London Fashion Week is my absolute favorite- I will be showing my other favorite collections later this week (like Burberry.... praise you, Christopher Bailey)
I'll be honest, I've never heard of Jasper Conran before this post, but my, all the outfits are beautiful! Thanks for introducing me to a new amazing designer!
