Since the weather has finally varied out, shorts are on full rotation. Heidi Merrick is one of my favorite Cali-based brands. All her clothes are unique and can be worn no matter what coast you currently reside on. Yet, we all secretly want to be driving up the coast of Malibu or enjoying the crisp air of San Francisco. Oh and I wouldn't mind wearing this head to toe assemble.

Taking another spin at revamping my weekend get-ups, this time incorporating (vegan) leather. The tri-fecta of denim, sneakers, and stripes is still here but this time a surfer cool thanks to Heidi. 

Now, does someone want to book me a ticket heading west?

If it's not obvious already, I borrow (and keep) a lot of my brother's clothes (mostly sweaters). This jacket is actually a hand-me-down from him. I've always wanted a broken in, rugged Barbour jacket and voila! I have been wearing it more than I care to admit, mostly on the weekend with layers. I think a Barbour jacket is a classic investment piece that everyone should have. Fun fact: when I was younger I had my brother's older hand-me-down jacket and I never wore it because it was "too boyish". Now, I don't think I'll ever take it off.  Hope you all had a great week! I was very busy with the first week of Summer, so I am glad the weekend is here!  Lately, I have been wearing sneakers- the fashionable ones- a ton! I love the mix of a dress or skirt with sporty accessories, like a baseball hat and sneakers. It definitely has become a go-to look of mine! Superga's sneakers come in a lot of colors -I love these ombre ones and linen ones! My style tends to be more on the feminine side,yet most of the time I just like to wear kicks and a simple dress. It's the perfect mix of feminine and cool.
