Balance

Equipment blouse | Zara skort (old) | K.Jacques sandals | Samudra clutch | Julie Vos necklace c/o | Asha by Adm necklace c/o | Monica Vinader bracelet | Sloane Ranger bracelet c/o |

Head to toe white is always a breath of fresh air especially in the new year. Hope everyone had a great NYE! To celebrate 2014, I am bringing you a white on white outfit to signify a fresh slate. Anytime I travel, I always bring some of my favorite white pieces to mix and match or to pair together. I picked up this clutch yesterday at La Plage and love the quirky twist it adds to any basic outfit. We spent the evening debating what was on the clutch and finally agreed that it was some abstract shark fin. (:

Currently Coveting

I mentioned last week how much I'm digging Mango, this skirt is near the top of my wish list. Alexa Chung is one of my top style icons. She embodies a cool/French girl/it Brit/tomboy perfectly; I desperately want to pick up her new book "It". I did a massive jewlery purge over the weekend (selling some of Poshmark) and want to add these two pieces from Julie Vos and Loren Hope to my collection. A classic black bag is the ideal for fall and winter. Same with a cream cashmere knit- wouldn't it look great with leather leggings?! The days are becoming shorter and not to mention, chillier. These playful leggings from Zoe Karseen make loungewear stylish. When I'm out and about, leather gloves keep the hands warm and underneath theem- navy nails. Lastly, black sunglasses are a must have for everyone.

Back-To-School

As much as I love summer, I am not sad to leave it by the time Back to School season comes around. Above are the items that I make sure to repurchase or have on hand every year- ex. 1,2,4- and items that I have my eye on for this year. I love restocking my desk with pretty paper and pens and adding chic jackets and sweaters to my closet! Leave a comment below telling me what other BTS posts you would like to see!

1: A chic backpack- I love this one from Herschel Supply Co.
2: Pretty notepads- Design Darling has an excellent collection!  They make a desk look 10 times better.
3: Easy footwear- Bright flats and ankle boots are my go-to picks.
4: Gold jewelry- Can make any outfit more streamlined and polished! Check out Julie Vos here and my favorite watch here!
5: Colorful pouches- Ideal for keeping everything in your backpack/locker/gym bag organized! I love these (shown above) and these!
6: Everyday jacket- The army jacket is an essentials for Fall. Enough said.
8: T-Shirt dress- Wear day to night, week day to weekend, and in every season! Splendid's are my favorite.

Exploring St.Tropez

Subtle Luxury Tunic dress c/o // Belle by Sigerson Morrison sandals // Shopbop tote // Hermes Bangle // Sequin Bangle c/o // Julie Vos bangles c/o

The amazing part of traveling is experiencing things and places that you wouldn't normally. Another bonus is when you travel to a place that is absolutely stunning. On our last day in St.Tropez, we went into the main town. Every little stairway, home or side street is covered in blooming flowers and overgrown ivy. The beach is scattered with striped umbrellas and bronzed people, and the harbor is filled with boats of all sizes; from colorful wooden boats to magnificent yachts that are on their way to the beaches. To put it simply, it was amazing.

Pampelonne Beach

Le Tarte swimsuit // Planet Blue skirt // Julie Vos bangles c/o // Sequin bracelet c/o // Calypso St.Barth bracelets // Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses

Today in St.Tropez, we went to Le Club 55 on Pampelonne beach. It was gorgeous! The perfect view of the Mediterranean was breathtaking- I can't wait to go back tomorrow when we are at Nikki Beach. Lunch was magnificent at Club 55! The day was filled with plenty of people watching, limonade, and swimming- perfection!

Asos Sweater // Asos Shorts // Rebecca Minkoff Sandals // Bauble Bar Ring c/o BaubleBar Soho Giveaway // Vanessa Mooney Finger Chain // Julie Vos Bangles c/o

Bonjour! I have arrived in St.Tropez after a long day of travel and an large amount of macaroons and bread (a number I wish not to share!) (: We are staying at the La Bastide de St. Tropez- it's absolutely stunning! Due to a tiring day, I wore a simple outfit consisting of shorts and my crochet/ hippie top at dinner. I also added a few dainty pieces of jewelry, like the Libra ring and my favorite finger chain.  Stay tuned for posts on my travels in France!

Chambray

Rebecca Minkoff Dress // Vince Heels // Bop Basics Tote // Marc by Marc Jacobs Sunglasses //
A.V. Max Cuff via Lemon Stripes // Michael Kors Watch // Julie Vos Bracelets c/o // Essie "Blanc"

This is one of my favorite looks ever! A chambray dress is such a wearable item that transitions from season to season. I paired the dress with my go-to items; Vince heels, a straw tote, and gold jewelery. The cut of the dress is perfect- it has some stretch and fits nicely all around. Can I mention how beautiful these flowers are from the garden,?! The colors are incredibly vibrant and perfect for tabletops around the house.

Lacy Love

Nightcap Clothing Shorts // Urban Outfitters Top (old) // Jack Rogers Sandals // J.Crew Panama Hat // Vanessa Bruno Bag // Julie Vos Necklace c/o // Bauble Bar Ring

I recently discovered the brand Nightcap Clothing- let me tell you, I'm in love with every piece! I already have these shorts and this dress but I'm also eyeing this skirt and dress! Both items are perfect for summer, I will definitely be purchasing them for my trip to France! Nightcap is full of boho chic items that can be worn dressed up or dressed down. I paired the shorts with a simple white button down to make the look causal. I finished the look with metallic sandals and my favorite summer bag from Vanessa Bruno. Let me know if you like Nightcap!

Fresh & Flounce

Brandy Melville Crop Top // Zara Skirt (similar) // Urban Outfitters Blazer (old)
// Vince Heels // Urban Outfitters Sunglasses // Clare Viver Clutch (last seen here)
Bauble Bar Stud Bracelet // Hermes Bracelets // Julie Vos Bangles c/o // Loren Hope Link Bracelet

Hope you all had a great weekend! I was quite busy- I attended a graduation party, sailed, spent time with family and friends, and worked on an exciting project for the blog! For the party, I wore this simple outfit. Lately, I have been pairing neutral crop tops with colorful skirts. I love how clean it looks with just the pop of the skirt and some jewelry. Zara has been killing it lately- especially with their skirts and shorts! The fitted top balances out with the small ruffle in the skirt and long blazer. You can easily dress down this look by switching the heels out for some flat sandals and adding an army-style jacket.

Summer Uniform

Equipment Shirt (last one here) // Zara Shorts // Rebecca Minkoff Sandals (similar)
// Julie Vos Necklace c/o // Clare Vivier Clutch // Brandy Melville Rings- in stores //

As of late, silk shorts have been a staple in my closet. I can tell you, this look will most definitely be my summer uniform for when I need to look causal yet put-together. I am in love with my new Zara shorts- the print comes in multiple colors that are all perfect for Summer. White blouses are such a great item too. I wish I could tell you how many outfits I have worn where a white blouse is present- see here, here, and here. My hair is also changes a little bit in the summer. It becomes more wavy and natural. Expect some fun hairstyles in posts to come.

Whites/Knits

Equipment Shirt- almost the same // NSF Sweater (old) // Jack Rodger Sandals- last seen here // Loeffler Randall Bag // Urban Outfitters Sunglasses // Julie Vos Bracelets c/o

Earlier in the week before this insane heat wave came, I was wearing this shirt(dress) like crazy. It's technically not a dress...I was in Intermix and I grabbed the wrong size for this Equipment shirt and it just worked as a dress! I paired it with a NSF sweater, that I wore religiously last Summer; might be doing the same this Summer! The outfit is mostly neutrals but I love the mix of fabrics and texture, plus the pop of metallic.

On other news, today is my last day of school! #woohoo I am so excited for an amazing Summer ahead! To kick off the season, I am hosting a giveaway with HIHO- enter here!
